Eligibility of Candidates
- A candidate must be a citizen of India.
- A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.

iii. Fill the application carefully. Once the appli

nal registration number and password will be
generated by the system and displayed on the screen
. Candidates should note down the registration
number and password. They can re-open the saved dat
a using registration number and password and edit
the particulars, if needed. This facility
will be available three times only
. Once the application is filled
in completely, candidates should submit the data. N
